Welcome to MaineCorner! By browsing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you agree to the following terms. Please review them carefully to understand your rights and obligations as our customer.


2. Nature of Products & Personalization

  • Custom-Made Products: Most items on MaineCorner are created upon request and often personalized based on details you provide (e.g., names, dates, text, or color preferences).

  • Handcrafted Quality: Every product is produced manually using wood, acrylic, and safe, non-toxic paints. Because of the handmade process, minor differences in texture, color shades, or natural grain are expected and not considered flaws.

  • Images & Previews: Product photos shown on our site represent actual items. However, the final version may look slightly different depending on personalization or material characteristics.

  • Accuracy of Personalization: Customers are fully responsible for providing correct personalization information (such as spelling of names, dates, or messages).


3. Order Placement & Payment

  • Placing an Order: Choose your preferred product, fill in the required personalization fields, review carefully, and complete checkout securely.

  • Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Credit/debit card transactions are processed securely through PayPal, and no PayPal account is required for card payments.

  • Order Confirmation: Once payment is successful, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If it doesn’t arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team.


4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Revision Window: Because items are customized, changes or cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 Hours: Once production has started, modifications and cancellations may not be possible.

  • Customer Review: Please carefully verify all personalization and shipping details before submitting your order.


5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are handled Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Typical production/handling takes 2–4 business days after confirmation.

  • Free Shipping: All orders within the U.S. include free standard shipping. No minimum order required.

  • Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination.

  • Delivery Time: Transit generally takes 2–5 business days. Most customers receive their orders within 4–9 business days from purchase.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

  • Shipping Area: We currently deliver only to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.


6. Delivery Issues & Customer Responsibilities

  • Correct Address: Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. MaineCorner is not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • Unexpected Delays: Weather events, carrier issues, or holiday surges may occasionally extend delivery times. We will inform you of significant delays.

  • Damaged or Lost Orders: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate and provide a replacement at no extra cost once confirmed.


7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Customized Products: As items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer, or late modification requests.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or substantially different from the description, contact us within 7 days. We may request photos for verification. Once confirmed, we will replace or refund the item free of charge.

8. Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

  • Currency: All listed prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Final Total: Applicable taxes (if any) will be shown before checkout. Shipping is always free.

  • Promotions: Discounts, promo codes, or special offers will be clearly stated on our site and applied automatically if eligible.


9. Intellectual Property

All materials on mainecorner.com, including images, text, designs, and branding, are exclusive property of MaineCorner. No content may be reproduced, altered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

  • Your information is collected and used solely for fulfilling your order, offering support, and meeting legal obligations.
  • We do not sell or trade customer data. Information may only be shared with payment processors and shipping providers as necessary
