Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

  • MaineCorner currently ships only within the United States (all 50 states plus Washington, D.C.).
  • We are unable to deliver to international addresses, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes.
  • Any order placed with an ineligible address will be cancelled and refunded in full.

2. Free Shipping

  • Every order shipped within the U.S. qualifies for free standard shipping—no minimum purchase required.
  • No codes or coupons are necessary, and there are no hidden costs. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders submitted before 2:00 PM MST (Denver, GMT-07:00), Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

4. Handling Time (Processing & Personalization)

All items are custom-made and carefully personalized.
Production time frame:

  • Minimum: 2 business day

  • Maximum: 4 business days
    Processing takes place Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
    You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order enters production.


5. Shipping & Transit Time

We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, choosing the carrier that provides the fastest and most reliable service for your location.

  • Shipping days: Monday to Friday

  • Estimated transit time: 2 to 5 business days
    Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our facility.


6. Total Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery Window: Most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days from the date your order is placed.
  • Your total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
  • Example:
    • Order placed Monday 1:00 PM → processed same day → ships between Tuesday and Thursday → delivered between Thursday and following Tuesday.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.
  • MaineCorner cannot replace or reship orders if the address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

8. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

  • While most packages arrive on schedule, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holiday peak periods.
  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and send a replacement at no cost.
